A Heartfelt Thank You

So...last week (or so) admist all the holiday whos-its-whats-its...I was given two blog awards. I have to admit that I almost fell out of my chair when I saw them. It put me into a state of shock to the point where I had the insane desire to call either my mom or my best friend at 2am, just to let someone know that somebody out there likes what I have to say.

I am so thankful that there are even people out there who do read my blog. I started this as just a place to share love of tea, my crazy life that I absolutely love, and little snippets of things that make me happy. I know that I don't post on a regular basis (I'm the queen of procrastination over here...I should be working on my novel...not playing on my blog) and I know that sometimes there are posts that make even me go Huh? I swear my fingers take over sometimes and don't let the brain have a say at all.

So thank you....all 27 of you who follow me and all of you who just stop by to see what this little corner of cyberspace is all about. You are all awesome....just sayin.

OK...enough sappy talk. Here are the blog awards I recieved. I got the One Lovely Blog award from Rue @ Rue and Hyssop. The Clucking Great Blog Award from Kally @ Kally's Cauldron. You two ladies are so sweet. As far as the rules for passing on blog awards....well, since I'm new to this and have only recently started habitually following people and's how it's going to go.

To all my followers...all 27 of you...Congrats! You all get these rewards too. Cause that's how I roll :) Thanks again for passing these to me. You are both too kind.

On a side note....I'm still learning all the ins and outs of blogging...including the whole link thing. Once I get that figured out I will edit this so that appropriate links are placed to link back to the two ladies who gave me these. If anyone can help me out....please let me know in the comments :) Thanks.

I wandered her via a link on a friends blog and am enjoying reading. Like you I am still learning the ropes within the blogging community. Love the blog description "Doing my best to find bliss inside each and every day." Well that has been my challenge lately and I am determined I will find that elusive bliss. My husband encouraged me to start writing again and so that is why I got back to blogging. Best of luck to you and stop by and visit me when you can.
